I'm worried. I think my Elsa glimmer is missing. I've also noticed a strange phenomenon. All the icicles in the trees seem to point in the same horizontal direction. I wonder if they point toward the same thing. Can you go investigate?

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. In some circumstances we may offer an exchange, this must be organised through contacting the staff. Additional shipping costs may apply.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
